Miller’s Café & Catering is proud to introduce our new BBQ line with KRAZEE T BBQ.

Miller’s café is owned and operated by Chef Todd & Pam Whitaker. Todd is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, NY. He has an  Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. Prior to Miller's, Todd had five years experience as a Chef smoking various meats for a Restaurant. He enjoyed the smoking of ribs, chicken, brisket, turkey & pork along with many other items. Todd served as Executive Chef with Miller’s for four years before their purchasing of the business. Miller’s has been serving Tampa Bay since 1990.

Spring of 2008, an Industrial Smoker which allow's us to smoke 500lbs of meat at one time was purchased along with a BBQ Caboose. Our Caboose is equipped with it's own Smoker which also allows us to smoke 500lbs of meat at one time as well as a generator and has a full mobile kitchen inside making it a great asset to create KRAZEE T BBQ. We have the capabilities like no other Caterer can offer.

We pride ourselves in serving only the finest made from scratch foods created from only the freshest ingredients. Our friendly service is sure to create a memorable catering experience.
